Pindown AI ("we", "us") operates https://pindown.ai and the Pindown API. We collect account data from Firebase Authentication, workspace content you create, and usage meters for billing and abuse prevention. We do not sell personal data and do not train foundation models on your workspace content.

What we collect

• Account data: email and profile when you sign in
• Workspace content: pins, pages, pinboards, and metadata you create
• Usage: API and chat meters for billing and rate limits

Your controls

You can export workspace data and delete your account. Workspace data is isolated per customer. Sharing is explicit — private by default, live links only when you publish.
